Weingut Jakoby Mathy Riesling Lay 2017
(Kinheimer Hubertuslay, 12%)
Perfect balance of zesty acidity to off-dry sweetness, finishing dry. Pith, lime, floral, grapefruit, stone and steel. Too young (see below) but magnificent extract, depth poise and length. Delicious.
